The practice was founded over 40 years ago to provide quality dental care for Leisure World residents and local senior citizens. By focusing our practice on serving only the 55+ community, we are able to provide compassionate care sensitive to the needs and concerns of older adults.

We aim to educate our patients in a safe environment while offering them necessary comprehensive care. We understand that many people have anxiety about dental treatment, so we created a soothing environment and a scheduling system that never keeps you waiting long. By combining the latest technology with traditional techniques, we give our patients the best care possible.

Carmen Lanio DeVries, D.D.S.

Born and raised in the D.C. metro area, Dr. DeVries completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University where she double majored in biomedical engineering and electrical engineering. She worked for several years as an electrical engineer before returning to dental school. Dr. DeVries has been practicing dentistry in the area for over a decade. She purchased the practice in 2015 after working in the community for two years. Dr. DeVries is committed to providing quality dentistry to senior citizens in a caring and comfortable environment. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters and is very active as a Girl Scout leader. She enjoys baking, sewing, reading, running, and yoga.
